1. Register for an On-Campus SSA Appointment here:
   1. August 22nd morning block (9:00 - 11:45 am): Register here
   2. August 22nd afternoon block (1:00 - 3:45 pm): Register here

A student can only sign up for an on-campus Social Security appointment if they:

1. will receive a stipend from Emory based on services the student is providing;
2. have an on-campus job; or
3. need a Social Security letter of ineligibility (denial letter) to apply for a Georgia driver's license/state ID or ITIN.
   
   *Before the appointment, a student must complete the Online Service To Obtain a Social Security Number Card to register with the Social Security Administration (SSA).
   1. Complete the online registration form to provide the SSA with the student's biographical information and upload copies of their documents.
   2. Do not proceed to the appointment selection screens.
   3. Once the student has completed the online registration, a code will appear.
   4. The student should take a picture/screenshot of the code or print the confirmation page and bring it to their appointment.
4. Complete, print and sign SS-5 (Application for a Social Security Card).
5. Bring the signed SS-5 form and other required documents (including originals and photocopies) to the appointment.
