Office: North Decatur Building, Suite 106
As a Senior Advisor, Jennifer Knupp works with international students, scholars, and administrators regarding federal immigration and employment regulations, Emory resources, and related matters.
Jennifer is committed to supporting Emory’s central educational mission by providing its international student community with immigration advising and campus advocacy. Jennifer joined the Atlanta ISSS office in 2016 after serving on Emory’s Oxford College campus as the coordinator of International Student Programs.
Prior to Emory, Jennifer worked at The University of Texas at Tyler as the international graduate admissions and immigration advisor, at The University of Texas at Dallas as a research administrator, and at Jefferson Community and Technical College in Louisville, Kentucky, as the multicultural affairs coordinator. Jennifer holds an M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from the University of Louisville and a B.A. in German from the University of Kentucky.
Jennifer is a former army brat who grew up moving back and forth between Germany and the U.S. southeast. These days she’s married to a busy chef and manages her two active boys. If she had free time, she’d go camping, renovate her home, train her dog, and take up tennis again.
