    For F-1 and J-1 students requesting/in possession of an I-20 or DS-2019 and pursuing a full course of study at Emory or taking part in an approved practical/academic training program. 

    International employees or exchange visitors who are not full-time enrolled at Emory are considered “Scholars” for ISSS purposes.

    For international employees and exchange visitors whose primary purpose is conducting research, teaching, lecturing, or observing. 

    F-1 and J-1 students who are enrolled full-time at Emory and in possession of an Emory issued I-20 or DS-2019 are considered “Students” for ISSS purposes.
