Biography

As the Program Associate, Amelia manages the front desk for Emory ISSS, providing support and services to the students, scholars, and departments. She serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for Emory the ISSS Office. She is committed to helping ISSS provide excellent customer service by assisting clients that email, call, and visit the office, as well as supervising the front desk staff.

Prior to joining the Emory ISSS team, Amelia served over 5 years as an Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) and program coordinator assisting exchange visitors in the hospitality industry. Amelia earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Georgia State University where she studied drawing and painting.

In her spare time, she enjoys drawing and watching films.
