Your port of entry stamp is issued when you enter the United States and is usually placed on the page next to your visa.
You will receive a new stamp each time you re-enter the US.
This stamp contains:
a. Location of entry point
b. Date of entry
c. Class of entry (J-1, H-1B, etc.)
d. Length of stay (usually a specific date if you're in H-1B, O-1, or TN status, or "D/S" or Duration of Status if you're in J-1 status)
