At the end of the spring semester, we hosted two webinars addressing questions related to international travel (both inbound and outbound). Based on popular demand, we are pleased to offer two additional travel webinars presented by outside counsel. These webinars will focus on entry to the US in anticipation of the fall semester.

 Attendance is open to everyone in the Emory community, including, but not limited to, US citizens, green card holders, and international students and scholars.

The webinar dates are:

• July 30, 2025:  9 a.m. – 10 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
• August 6, 2025:  11 a.m. – 12 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

The webinars are a joint effort between ISSS and the Office of the General Counsel. We will also share helpful resources. Both sessions will be held via Zoom but will not be recorded. A valid Emory login is required to join.

Please RSVP by noon the day prior to the presentation (click here). Zoom details will be sent to those who register. In the registration form, you will have the opportunity to submit questions regarding entry to the US. Priority will be given to questions submitted at least three business days prior to the presentation.
