ISSS Link Upgrade Complete. Having Access Issues?

On April 15, 2021, ISSS Link underwent a required software update. The software update created some aesthetic and organizational changes, but ISSS Link has functionally stayed mostly the same. International students, scholars, and department administrators will continue to be able to submit updates and requests in ISSS Link as they have done before.

Having issues accessing ISSS Link?

Users are encouraged to clear their browser cache prior to trying to access ISSS Link for the first time since the upgrade. If after clearing your cache the ISSS Link homepage does not load, please replace the url with this url: https://issslink.emory.edu/istart/controllers/start/startengine.cfm. Alternatively, you should be able to access issslink.emory.edu using a different browser or a private/incognito browser window.

We expect that users will easily adjust to the minor changes resulting from the upgrade, but as with any software upgrade, you may notice some “bugs” in the system. As we discover these issues, we are working with our software vendor to fix these issues. If you notice any “bugs,” please let ISSS know by emailing isss@emory.edu or contacting your ISSS advisor.

Note for Department Administrators with ISSS Link Access: If you were unable to attend one of the ISSS Lunch & Learns in December or attended a session and would like a copy of the presentation for your reference, a copy of the presentation can be found here. In the coming weeks, we will update our ISSS Link Department User Guide which is provided to administrators obtaining initial access to ISSS Link. A copy of this guide will also be e-mailed to current users.
