The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced today that it will increase the I-907 premium processing fee effective this Monday, October 19, 2020. Applications postmarked on or after October 19, 2020, must include the new fee.

Previous fee: $1,440

New fee: $2,500

As a reminder, this is an optional fee that can be included with the H-1B petition, among other petition types. More information on the premium processing service can be found here.

If you have recently provided a premium processing check to ISSS, you will need to request a new check for the new amount. Please contact your ISSS advisor if you have any questions.
