Tax help sessions

The terms 'resident' and 'nonresident' are also used by the Department of Homeland Security regarding your immigration status, but they are defined differently by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for tax purposes. Not sure if you're a nonresident for tax purposes? Use the Foreign National Tax Resource (FNTR) to find out.
