Biography

Winnie was born and grew up in Shanghai, China, and spent the entirety of her first 19 years there until she came to the U.S. for college. I am currently a junior at Emory College of Arts and Sciences and my major is Chemistry. As an international student myself, I am fully aware of how new environments and cultural differences can be challenging and stressful. I am most delighted to join the Emory International Council this year, where we are able to provide the best and most needed support to other international students and welcome them to this awesome community of Emory!
